We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Billing Assistant
to support our accounts and billing operations. The ideal candidate should have
basic knowledge of Tally
, good numerical skills, and the ability to handle daily billing tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Create and generate
sales invoices
and
purchase bills
using Tally.
Update and maintain
customer billing records
.
Assist in
data entry
of financial transactions.
Maintain
proper filing
of bills, receipts, and related documents.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for billing-related queries.
Check invoices for
accuracy
, including GST, quantities, and pricing.
Prepare daily/weekly
billing reports
.
Support in basic accounting tasks when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualification:
12th Pass / Diploma / B.Com / Any Graduate.
Experience:
Freshers welcome.
Knowledge:
Basic understanding of
Tally ERP (data entry, invoice creation)
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic MS Excel skills (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,500.00 per month
