Job Description

Prepare and generate accurate

sales invoices

for electronic and electrical goods.

Cross-check invoices

with dispatched goods to ensure accuracy. Create and issue

sales quotations

for customers as per requirements. Generate

e-Way Bills

for retail and wholesale transactions. Maintain records of

daily sales

, returns, and credit notes. Coordinate with the sales team for

order processing and billing clarity

. Ensure timely

data entry

and documentation in accounting software. Maintain compliance with

GST and billing norms

. Familiar with working on

Tally ERP

or

Busy Accounting Software

. Provide basic customer support related to billing and product details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
