Looking for position for one of the institutes of Symbiosis International University i.e. Symbiosis University Hospital & Research Centre, Lavale, Pune

Hospital is 900 beds NABH Accredited, Multi-super Specialty State of the art hospital, associated with Symbiosis Medical College for Women.

Qualification and Experience :

1. Graduate with 2 to 5 years of experience in OPD / IPD / OT / TPA & Insurance Billing in a multi-speciality Hospital

2. Good Computer & Communication Skills

3. Willing to work in rotational Shifts including mandatory night shifts

Some of the Responsibilities:

1. Review and validate all provisional and final bills generated by billing staff.

2. Ensure daily updating of billing status in HIMS and registers.

3. Coordinate with Admission Desk, Cash Department, Nursing, and Clinical Teams to support smooth discharge billing.

4. Address patient and staff billing queries and escalate unresolved issues to the Assistant Manager or HOD.

5. Supervise daily tasks of billing staff and assist with their training and onboarding.

6. Check refund vouchers, outstanding bills, and deposit logs.

7. Assist in audit preparation and compliance with NABH documentation requirements.

8. Maintain register of daily refunds, dues, and discounts with accuracy.

9. Contribute to billing SOP compliance and suggest process improvements

10. Ensure departmental documentation is complete and up-to-date.

11. Provide support during inspections and accreditation assessments.

12. Report issues, delays, and performance updates to higher authorities in a timely manner.

13. Support medical tourism desk in generating estimates for international patients as per visa invitation guidelines.

14. Maintain records for international patients, including FRRO submissions, passport details, payment records and Handle documentation of C-form for all foreign patients in coordination with Admission Desk and statutory agencies.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
