We are seeking a Billing Assistant to manage sales order processing, billing, and dispatch coordination. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and comfortable working with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Commerce or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work with accuracy and within deadlines
Experience Required:
1-2 years of experience in billing / accounts
Key Responsibilities:
Punch Sales Orders and generate Sales Invoices in ERP Next software
Process expiry claims and prepare Credit Notes
Handle GT receipts and coordinate dispatch with the factory
Maintain accurate billing records and reports
Support preparation of MIS reports when required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
