Job Description

? Billing and Invoicing:

Manage the billing process for construction projects, ensuring accurate and timely invoices. Review work done and assess the corresponding payments, including verifying quantities and rates. Monitor and maintain billing records to ensure compliance with contract terms.
Quantity Surveying:

Conduct quantity take-offs, measurements, and calculations from project drawings. Prepare and manage schedules of rates and bills of quantities (BOQ). Perform quantification of project requirements, including materials, labor, and services, based on project drawings and specifications. Perform rate analysis for all construction activities to determine the unit cost for each work item Analysing the variations and extra items. Perform periodic site inspections to ensure correct quantities and quality are maintained.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
