Job Description

Generating and Issuing Invoices:

Creating and dispatching invoices to customers or clients based on sales or service agreements.

Managing Accounts Receivable:

Monitoring accounts and following up on overdue payments.

Handling Payment Processing:

Receiving, recording, and reconciling payments.

Maintaining Billing Records:

Keeping accurate records of all billing transactions and customer accounts.

Resolving Billing Issues:

Addressing customer inquiries and resolving billing discrepancies or disputes.

Ensuring Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.

Working with Accounting Software:

Utilizing billing and accounting software to manage billing processes and financial records.

Collaborating with Other Teams:

Working with sales, customer support, and accounting teams to ensure smooth billing operations.

Preparing Financial Reports:

Generating reports on billing activity, accounts receivable, and other relevant financial data.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
