We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Billing Assistant
to manage billing tasks and follow up on client payments in our toiletries products manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should be good in communication, organized, and capable of handling basic accounts-related responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare customer invoices accurately and on time.
Follow up with clients for pending payments and outstanding dues.
Maintain billing records, receipts, and payment history.
Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for smooth billing and collection processes.
Handle customer queries related to billing, payment status, and account statements.
Update daily collection reports and maintain proper documentation.
Enter data into billing software or Excel sheets.
Ensure compliance with company billing policies and accounting standards.
Assist with basic administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts, or office administration preferred.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting and billing procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
