We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Billing Executive

to join our wholesale operations team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

wholesale billing, credit management, collections, and account handling

. Strong proficiency in

MS Excel

and excellent organizational skills are essential.

Generate and manage accurate invoices, reconcile accounts, and resolve billing issues. Coordinate with teams, handle billing inquiries, process returns/refunds, and maintain organized records

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce or related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in wholesale billing/accounts Strong expertise in

MS Excel

(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Team player with a proactive attitude

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year
