Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Junior Billing & Estimation Executive

to support our project and accounts team in preparing accurate cost estimations, client billing, and subcontractor bills for interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of BOQ, measurement sheets, and project billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing client bills and subcontractor/vendor bills Support in quantity take-offs and cost estimation from drawings and site data Work with project teams to prepare and maintain BOQs and measurement sheets Maintain records of work done, site progress reports, and billing schedules Verify site measurements and coordinate with site engineers for billing inputs Assist in rate analysis and costing of materials and works Prepare comparative statements and documentation for estimation Coordinate with accounts and purchase teams for billing and payments Maintain billing and estimation records properly

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Interior Design or related field 0-2 years of experience in billing, estimation, or quantity surveying Basic understanding of BOQ, measurement sheets, and billing practices Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (preferred) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Good communication and coordination skills Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Monthly Salary:

Rs. 15,000 - Rs. 20,000 (Based on experience and skills) Performance-based bonus Site visit and travel allowances, if applicable Career growth in billing, estimation, and project management roles
