Role Overview

We are hiring a

Billing Assistant

for our

building material manufacturing plant

. The role involves

plant-level billing, invoicing, and coordination with dispatch and accounts

.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare

sales invoices, delivery challans, and tax invoices

Coordinate billing with

production, dispatch, and logistics teams

Maintain

billing entries

in Tally / ERP Handle

GST billing

and ensure tax accuracy Track

dispatch-wise billing and pending invoices

Maintain billing records and daily billing reports
Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in

billing & invoicing

Knowledge of

GST billing for manufacturing

Experience with

Tally / ERP software

Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

High accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience

B.Com - Mandatory

1-3 years billing experience

in a

manufacturing / building materials plant

preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
