Billing and Sales Executive

The Cafe Billing and Sales Executive is responsible for managing the billing system, processing customer transactions, handling sales reporting, and ensuring a smooth customer experience at the counter. This role requires excellent communication skills,

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customerswarmly and take orders accurately.

Generate bills and process payments through POS (Point of Sale) systems (cash, card, UPI, digital wallets, etc.).

Ensure accurate entry of all items and handle daily cash and digital transactions.

Maintain daily sales records and prepare end-of-day reports.

Monitor stock levels of billing supplies (paper rolls, etc.).

Ensure cleanliness and organization at the billing counter.

Experience : 1

1-2 years of experience in cafe, restaurant,

Good Communication Skills.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Male only, job location: Madipakkam

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
