As a Billing and Planning Engineer at Shilp (real estate company), your primary responsibility will be to streamline billing processes and contribute to effective project planning within our real estate construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Streamline billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoice generation.
Collaborate with project managers for billing alignment with project milestones.
Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions.
Assist in creating and updating project schedules and timelines.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays.
Prepare and maintain project-related documents, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations related to project billing and planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in billing and planning within the real estate construction industry.
Proficiency in project management software and billing systems.
