Prepare detailed BOQ, rate analyses & tender documents.
Track contractor billing, variation claims & final account settlement.
Establish financial controls across multiple contractor packages.
Support procurement decisions with cost-benefit analyses.
Required Candidate profile
Knowledge of estimation software & construction market rates.
Strong analytical & documentation skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD & estimation software & tools.
You will be responsible for estimating the quantities of materials, resources, and labor required for construction activities, developing comprehensive schedules, and monitoring and controlling project execution costs and progress to ensure timely completion.
Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing resource allocation, minimizing costs, and maintaining project schedules, ultimately ensuring the successful execution of projects.
