Job description :

Billing of Work , taking measurements, certifying measurements from Client/Arch./PMC,Tender filling & Estimation of rates for BOQ of Projects, Rate analysis of work done at site, etc. Detailed knowledge of Carpentry works, Civil works, POP works .

JD :

Evaluate project or service costs and prepare bills of quantities Develop and maintain project-specific billing processes and templates Monitor and track project or service costs and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing Collaborate with project managers and other internal teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and billing requirements Liaise with clients to resolve billing-related queries or discrepancies Maintain billing records and documentation in accordance with company policies and accounting standards Generate periodic financial reports and analysis of billing data to support decision-making processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare BOQ, tender documents, and cost estimates for projects. Manage client billing, prepare monthly statements, and follow up on payments. Conduct quantity surveying activities such as QS work, RA bills processing, and rate analysis. Utilize AutoCAD software for design purposes. Plan and execute projects from start to finish.

Job Requirements :

Strong understanding of Autocad software for design purposes. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
