NVT Quality Build Solutions Pvt. Ltd. a Turn Key Interior Design Studio is inviting applications from experienced Billing and Estimation Engineer for its interior designing team.

Responsibilities

:

Evaluation of budgetary and customised Interiors Inquiry. Estimating the Product cost based on design confirmation. Upgrading the cost based on the current market value of raw materials in coordination with procurement. Preparation of Pricing documents and coordination with management for approval. Coordination with clients and other departments like design team, procurement and Finance. Study the drawing to understand the scope of work and prepare estimation BOQs. Support technically in review of design packages and drawings. Prepare detailed cost estimate and proposals. Floating enquiries to suppliers and vendors Prepare and update project schedule based on contract. Assist in maintaining effective relationship with clients and vendors. Assist in handling project budget, production schedules and handover timelines. Prepare relevant reports for management review.

Requirement:

Minimum 3 + years of Relevant experience in similar capacity in an Interior Design firm. Experience in estimation, costing and billing and BOQ preparation is a must. Good understanding of designs, drawings and layouts. Strong analytical and organizational skills AutoCad Sketch Up Excel Power Point
