Job Title: MIS cum Billing Executive Location: S.G.Highway Ahmedabad Experience: MIN 1 TO 3 YEAR Department: BILLING AND DISPATCH Industry: Pharmaceutical Job Summary: We are looking for an MIS cum Billing Executive to manage data reporting, analysis, and billing processes efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience handling invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities: ? Maintain and update MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and financial transactions. ? Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. ? Analyze data to provide insights that support business decisions. ? Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring of key metrics. ? Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Billing & Invoicing Responsibilities: ? Prepare and issue invoices to clients as per company policies. ? Verify and process payments, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation. ? Maintain records of all billing transactions in the system. ? Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with customers and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: ? Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. ? 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting and billing (preferably in the pharmaceutical sector). ? Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting Charts, Formulas, etc.). ? Knowledge of billing software & accounting tools, etc.) . ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ? Excellent communication and coordination abilities. ? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
