Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Management:
Coordinate and assign medical staff or transport units to various locations promptly.
Billing & Invoicing:
Generate accurate bills for services rendered and maintain clear financial records.
Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, medical staff, and management.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed logs of daily dispatches, patient information, and payment statuses.
Problem Solving:
Handle scheduling conflicts or urgent service requests with a calm and professional demeanor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in billing, dispatch, or office administration (Healthcare experience is a plus).
Tech Savvy:
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and computer operations.
Communication:
Fluent in Hindi and Marathi; basic English proficiency is preferred.

Must be able to commute to our office in
Kalyan
.
Shift & Schedule
8-hour fixed shift.
Full-time, Monday to Saturday.
