Job Summary:

The Billing and Sales Executive is responsible for managing the outlet's billing operations, ensuring accurate cash handling, maintaining customer satisfaction, and promoting sales. The role involves interacting directly with customers, processing orders, and supporting the outlet team in maintaining smooth front-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Billing & Cash Management

Handle customer billing through POS systems accurately. Ensure proper cash collection and maintain cash register balance. Generate daily sales and cash reports for management review. Manage UPI, card, and other digital payments responsibly.

2. Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection. Provide product information, promotions, and recommendations. Handle customer complaints or issues politely and promptly.

3. Sales & Product Promotion

Upsell and cross-sell bakery products to increase sales. Maintain knowledge of new arrivals, festive items, and special offers. Assist in displaying and organizing bakery products attractively.

4. Inventory Coordination

Coordinate with store incharge for stock updates and shortages. Notify the team about fast-moving or slow-moving items. Assist in stock counting and expiry checks when required.

5. Hygiene & Outlet Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of the billing counter and display area. Ensure packaging materials and carry bags are available at all times. Follow all hygiene and food safety protocols.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma in Commerce, Business, or relevant field Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or experience in retail / bakery operations

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in billing, cashiering, or sales (preferably in bakery, cafe, or retail outlet)

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
