Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for managing billing activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and financial regulations. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience supporting billing operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of billing experience and be comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems.

Responsibilities & Duties

Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in accordance with contractual terms and company policies using the company's billing systems. Validate customer invoices against contracts to ensure billing accuracy and compliance. Validate subscriptions in NetSuite against contract details maintained in Salesforce to ensure data consistency. Handle customer billing inquiries and resolve disputes through a ticketing system, working closely with Sales and Customer Service teams. Process credits, adjustments, and refunds in accordance with internal policies and customer requests. Collaborate with RevOps and the NetSuite/System Integration Specialist to maintain and optimize billing systems, ensuring efficient automation and integration with financial processes. Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable financial regulations.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field. Two to four years of experience in billing or related O2C process. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other related tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF, and data analysis. Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce.
