The essence of the role:

Billing

Analyst



The Voice Billing/Billing Analyst will be responsible for accurate and timely billing operations within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process. The role involves manual billing entries, customer setup, rate validation, monthly reporting, dispute management, audit support, and invoice creation across multiple billing systems. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel knowledge are essential.


Your responsibilities



Billing Operations



Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance. Enter accurate billing requests into TASC, including: + Customer setup, rate entry, rate validation
+ Trunk Group Assignment and Circuit Assignment
+ Manual facility billing for GTS, S-GTS, and Facilities
Enter billing requests into IDI, including: + Customer setup
+ Updating tax exemption status
+ Late payment charges (LPC) setup
+ Minimum Commit setup
Enter billing requests into INTEC for CABS facility invoicing.

2. Monthly Reporting



Create accurate billing uploads and month-end reports across billing systems such as INTEC, Vitelity, Phaxio, Manual Billing, TASC, and QuickBooks. Transform monthly reporting data into billing upload formats for accounting and GL entry.

3. Audit Support



Own quarterly and yearly audit processes for revenue selections, including retrieving data for invoices and master service agreements (MSAs).

4. Dispute Management



Manage dispute resolution processes from customer invoicing across IDI, INTEC, and manual invoices. Identify root causes of disputes and provide clear communication on solutions.

5. Credit Approvals



Handle credit approval processes, documenting root cause, solution, and credit justification.

6. Invoice Creation



Ensure accurate billing information entry and invoice creation in QuickBooks and other relevant billing platforms.

Skills & Experience



4-8 years of experience in billing, invoicing, or revenue operations, preferably in a shared service or GCC environment. Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, subtotals, combining tabs, graphs, and data manipulation. Entry-level Access skills: creating tables, importing data, and using query tables. Ability to manually interpret and enter data from contracts, emails, and monthly usage. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving mindset. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing scenarios. Flexible mindset with the ability to work with complex billing rules and large datasets. Hands-on experience with billing systems such as: TASC, IDI, INTEC, Vitelity, Phaxio, Manual Billing tools, QuickBooks (for invoice creation)
