About the Role

We are hiring a

Dealership Accountant / Auto Accounts Executive /

for a

two-wheeler dealership / bike showroom / automobile showroom /

in wakadewadi, Pune. The role involves managing

accounts, billing, GST, and financial operations /

related to sales, service, and spare parts. Candidates with

dealership accounting / Tally / ERP / GST / vehicle sales accounting /

experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day

accounting operations / dealership accounts /

Handle

billing / sales invoices / purchase entries / service invoices / credit notes / debit notes /

Maintain

cash & bank transactions / reconciliation /

Track

vehicle sales / service revenue / accessories sales / insurance transactions /

Maintain

customer ledger / vendor ledger / outstanding reports /

Record

GST entries / TDS / tax compliance / CA coordination /

Manage documentation for

RTO payments / challans / receipts /

Monitor

inventory accounts / spare parts / accessories / stock in-stock out /

Maintain

petty cash / cash flow summary /

Generate

MIS reports / financial reports / profitability reports /

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / 5 years of experience in

accounts / dealership accounting / automobile accounting /

Knowledge of

Tally / ERP systems / GST / TDS / Billing / Excel /

Good

communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi) /

Detail-oriented and able to manage

daily accounting / financial records /

Preferred Skills

Experience in

two-wheeler dealership / bike showroom / automobile accounting /

Understanding of

retail billing / RTO documentation / dealer accounting processes /

Ability to multitask in a

fast-paced showroom / retail environment /
