Role Summary
The Billing Accountant will handle end-to-end billing operations, vendor management, vendor aging report and reconciliation. The role requires precision, strong analytical ability, and knowledge of accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage billing cycle, vendor billing, vendor aging report and verification.
Compile and reconcile data and reports.
Ensure accuracy in billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with finance and procurement teams for vendor payments.
Support audit preparation, month-end, and year-end closings.
Conduct data analysis for reports and financial summaries.
