CUSTOMER
Greets the customer on receiving the basket.
Immediately starts to scan the products. Enures all products are scanned.
Checks product prices and match with the system. Informs for any descripancies.
Samples a product at the billing area.
Customer details are entered into the system.
All products are accurately packed. Applicable charges are applied.
Customer is presented the bill and requested / directs to make the payment.
Customer issues related to product are solved. (eg pricing, weight)
PRODUCT
Area is sufficiently stocked with required billing rolls, bags and other related stock to ensure smooth functioning.
Informs relevant person on stock levels so as to ensure order is placed.
Promotions are applied and executed.
OPERATIONS
Manages the cancellation and refund process.
Bar codes are removed as needed.
Area of work is kept clean and organised at all times.
Listens attentively during huddle meetings 5. excecution of online orders received from delivery partners
