We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Client Relations & Operations Executive with 2-5 years of experience, preferably within the building material industry. This role demands excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure smooth engagement between clients, architects, and interior designers. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both client-facing and team management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively connect with prospective architects and interior designers on behalf of clients from the building material sector, ensuring meaningful introductions and strong relationship-building.
Schedule regular appointments and maintain consistent communication between clients and designers, thereby supporting long-term professional collaborations.
Manage and supervise a small team of two or more members, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to processes.
Train new operations team members on workflows, client handling, and standard procedures to maintain high service quality.
Collaborate closely with internal research and follow-up teams to streamline processes, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage RSVPs for curated events, showroom launches, and industry gatherings, representing the organization in a professional manner.
Oversee process compliance including fetching meetings, updating and maintaining client worksheets, and ensuring data accuracy.
Actively participate in onboarding sessions, review meetings, and team discussions, contributing ideas for process improvement.
Follow up regularly with architects and designers regarding client enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
Interact directly with clients from various building material industries such as marble, stones, furniture, lighting, and home automation, understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
