The Bill Counter Staff will be responsible for handling customer billing, managing cash transactions, and providing a smooth and friendly checkout experience to visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle billing at the counter efficiently and accurately.
Collect payments (cash, UPI, cards) and issue receipts/tickets.
Maintain daily cash records and reconcile at end of shift.
Ensure billing system and POS machine are functioning smoothly.
Handle customer queries related to tickets, activities, and payments.
Maintain discipline, courtesy, and professional behavior at all times.
Report discrepancies, shortages, or technical issues immediately to management.
Assist in guiding customers towards activity counters when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum +2 / Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in billing/cash handling (preferably in retail, tourism, or hospitality).
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English (Hindi/Tamil added advantage).
Honest, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work weekends and holidays.
