We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Bilingual Virtual Assistant
, fluent in
Norwegian and English
, to support one of our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills in both languages, and the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling administrative duties, customer interactions, and supporting ongoing business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, offering accurate information and assistance to clients.
Respond to emails, messages, and communication channels in both Norwegian and English.
Assist with documentation, data entry, and follow-up tasks as required.
Maintain and update client records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform research tasks based on client requirements.
Support client relationship and retention efforts by delivering exceptional customer service.
Translate documents and communication materials between Norwegian and English as needed.
