Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) and English (business-level fluency). 8+ years of IT project/program management experience in global or Japan-based engagements. Proven track record managing

software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.

Strong experience in

budgeting, financial tracking, and vendor coordination.

Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in managing executive-level stakeholders. Proactive and self-motivated, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
