Detail (English & French Customer Support Associate)-Remote
1. Responsible for listening and precisely interpreting communication between two different language speaking Customers/Clients (Ex: English & French)
2. Adhering to standard operating procedures required for the process and organization
3. Responsible for quality goals and implementation of any client updates from time-to-time
4. Free work environment. Should be a team player and enjoy the work
Required skills and Experience:
1. Candidates should be very fluent in Bilingual Speaking (
English & French
)
2. Candidates with certification in French Language, French Language trainers, French Language Associate, Customer support French Language will be given high preference
3.
Fresher with good Proficiency in speaking French and English Language
4. Command over Language with good understanding skills is required
5. Good Communication Skills is required
6. Candidate should be a good listener
7. Candidate should be energetic and should have positive approach towards issues handling
8. Candidates should be flexible to work in rotational shifts major night shifts (5 days per week & 2 days off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?787,000.00 per year
