Key Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is
10th Passed
. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
