About The Role



We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Motor Mechanic

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and light commercial vehicles. The role involves performing battery installation, electrical checks, and routine maintenance to ensure vehicle reliability and customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills - Battery Segment



Hands-on experience with

E-rickshaw, bike, car, and inverter batteries

(installation, testing,

troubleshooting,

service and maintenance).

Skilled in

battery fitting, wiring, charging systems, and fault diagnosis.



Proficient in

health check, load testing, and repair of lead-acid, tubular, and maintenance-free batteries

.

Knowledge of

basic electrical connections, voltage/current testing, and safety standards.



Behavioral Profile



Demonstrated sales track record. Team building and carrying capability. Planning and execution skills. Sincere and honest. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.



Full-Time Position: We are a trusted Battery Dealer with a strong customer base and a commitment to quality and service. To support our growth, we are looking for an energetic motor mechanic Executive to join our team (54 hours in a week).

Develop & Implement Sales Strategy:

Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Identify new opportunities, set sales goals, and design strategies to reach them.

Identify New Customers:

Conduct market visits to analyze trends, monitor competitors, and establish relationships with potential clients.

Handle Customer Feedback:

Develop feedback system, analyze insights, and drive improvements in products, services, and processes.

What We're Looking For:


Experience in two-wheeler servicing and battery fitting
Basic knowledge of electrical connections and maintenance
Hardworking, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude
Minimum 1-2 years of workshop or garage experience

2 + years of B2B and B2C sales experience

Age limit:

30



Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and work collaboratively with teams Strong communication (verbal), relationship-building, and negotiation skills Proficiency in Sales, market Research, relationship management, and client sourcing skills
Willingness to travel across regions for business needs
