Bijnis a on a mission to solve for the large base of unorganised factories and retailers, having the strongest impact on the B2B Supply chain.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

- All aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures.

- Compliance management with detailed understanding of relevant statutes, accounting (IndAS) and auditing standards and direct and indirect taxes.

- Manage the finance function across revenue assurance, general accounting, FP&A, banking, direct & indirect taxation and MIS.

- Identify and implement best practices to make the Company\'s financial processes and internal controls more efficient and effect

- Ensuring compliance with the Company\'s financial and fiscal policies, providing leadership and coordination in business planning, financial performance, accounting and budgeting efforts.

- Prepare reports as required for Audit Committee, Executive Committee and Board meetings; prepare quarterly consolidated accounts; ensure compliance of financials with IAS/IFRS accounting standards and ensure that tax and regulatory payments, returns and filing are up to

- Helping the organization in raising funds (debt and equity), management of funds and due-diligence

- Support month-end and year-end close process.

- Work closely with product teams to systematically help digitalize and automate various repetitive financial and accounting activities

Qualification and Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (First attempt)

- 10+ years experience

- Managed a team of atleast 6-8 team members

- Managed entire financial statements end to end independently including audit closure

- Good understanding of taxation, especially Indirect Tax

- Investors Relations Management experience will be a positive
