Role - Onsite Merchandiser will work in Ecommerce team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by optimizing product placement, driving sales, and maximizing conversion rates on our website.This position will focus on managing product displays, promotional banners, and content layout, while leveraging data insights to continuously improve the online shopping experience. Curate and maintain product categories and collections to align with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and sales objectives.Job Profile:- Regularly update the homepage, category pages, and product listings to ensure freshness and relevance. Manage and optimize the product sorting and filtering options to enhance the customer journey.- Analyze the performance of campaigns and promotional banners, optimizing based on customer behavior and conversion rates. Work closely with the creative team to ensure high quality product images, descriptions, and visual assets are used throughout the site.- Ensure that product attributes such as sizes, colours, and prices are correctly displayed and optimized for clarity and ease of use.- Monitor and analyze onsite performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and click-through rates. Use A/B testing, heatmaps, and customer feedback to optimize product visibility and navigation flow.- Review product sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for adjustments to product placement and promotions.
