We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bidding Specialist to manage end-to-end bidding activities across online portals and tender platforms. The ideal candidate will identify relevant opportunities, prepare compliant proposals, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely submission of high-quality bids to maximize win rates.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate bidding and tender opportunities on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Tenders.gov, GeM, eProcurement portals, and other B2B marketplaces
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and tender documents to assess eligibility and feasibility
Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in coordination with sales, technical, and finance teams
Ensure bids are 100% compliant with client requirements, formats, and deadlines
Maintain a bid calendar and track submission timelines
Coordinate documentation including company profiles, certifications, case studies, and legal documents
Follow up on submitted bids and support negotiations and clarifications
Maintain bid records, success metrics, and pipeline reports
Continuously improve proposal quality and win ratios
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
1+ years of experience in bidding, tendering, or proposal management
Strong understanding of proposal writing and bid evaluation criteria
Experience with online bidding portals and tender platforms
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT services, software development, digital marketing, or consulting
Knowledge of government tenders and compliance processes
Familiarity with pricing models and cost estimation
Prior success in winning high-value bids
Basic understanding of contracts and SLAs
