We are looking for a dynamic

Bidding & Lead Generation Specialist

to grow our digital marketing and web designing services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, converting them into long-term clients., and online bidding on platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru

. A solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in digital marketing and web designs. Generate leads via email, social outreach, networking, and

bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.)

. Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Manage and nurture long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution. Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in business development role in digital marketing agency. Proven experience with

online bidding and client acquisition via freelancing platforms

. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of web/mobile development is a plus. Ability to handle international clients and work independently.
