. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, writing persuasive proposals, and managing client communication across freelance platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Actively bid on
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and other online portals
to generate qualified leads.
Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
Understand project briefs and communicate effectively with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Web) to prepare accurate project estimates and proposals.
Manage pre-sales activities such as requirement gathering, clarification calls, and client follow-ups.
Maintain and update lead trackers, bid status reports, and proposal records.
Conduct market research to identify trending services and new opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6 months to 1 year
of experience in
bidding or business development
within a digital marketing or IT services company.
Strong understanding of
SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services
.
Proven experience with
Upwork bidding and proposal writing
.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft persuasive proposals.
Familiarity with project scopes, timelines, and pricing for digital marketing services.
Strong analytical, research, and multitasking abilities.
