Bidding Executive

to help us secure high-quality SEO projects from leading freelancing platforms.

Role Overview

The Bidding Executive will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing SEO-related projects through platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr

, and others. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of SEO services, and the ability to create compelling proposals that convert leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Research & Lead Generation

Identify and shortlist SEO-related projects daily from various online portals. Understand client requirements and align them with our SEO service offerings.

Proposal Writing & Bidding

Draft customized, persuasive, and well-structured proposals. Include relevant details, portfolio links, and case studies to strengthen bids. Submit proposals within deadlines to maximize opportunities.

Client Communication

Initiate and maintain professional communication with prospects. Answer queries, provide clarifications, and negotiate terms to close deals.

Collaboration

Work closely with the SEO team to understand strategies, deliverables, and pricing. Share client feedback with the operations team to ensure project success.

Reporting & Tracking

Maintain daily records of bids, leads, and conversions. Share weekly performance reports with management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in online bidding, preferably for SEO or digital marketing projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Basic understanding of SEO services, keywords, and deliverables. Familiarity with bidding platforms like

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH

, etc. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
