Online Bidder / Business Development Executive

The
Online Bidder
will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through online platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
You'll handle the complete bidding process -- from proposal writing to client communication and project closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects using online bidding portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.).
Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals according to client needs.
Communicate effectively with international clients (via chat, email, and calls).
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for solution delivery.
Manage end-to-end project discussions -- from lead generation to deal closure.
Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business opportunities.
Meet monthly targets and business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience as an Online Bidder, BDE, or in IT Business Development.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong understanding of IT services such as Web Development, App Development, and Digital Solutions.
Familiarity with platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
.
Ability to draft professional and engaging proposals.
Strong negotiation, time management, and client-handling skills.
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
