We are seeking a skilled and proactive Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in bidding on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and other popular freelance marketplaces. Your main goal will be to generate quality leads and win projects in areas like web development, digital marketing, design, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and projects on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc.
Write customized, compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand project needs, budget, and timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate estimations and timely delivery.
Maintain a pipeline of leads and keep track of project statuses and client feedback.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape on bidding portals.
Requirements:
2-4 years of proven experience in online bidding and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of freelance platforms and bidding strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to analyze client requirements and suggest effective solutions.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools is a plus.
