Responsibilities

Identifying and Bidding:

Actively search for and bid on projects and opportunities that align with the company's services and expertise on various online platforms.

Proposal Development:

Craft compelling and persuasive proposals that highlight the company's strengths and capabilities to potential clients.

Client Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, address their questions, and negotiate project terms.

Project Acquisition:

Secure projects by winning bids and ensuring successful project initiation and management.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to refine bidding strategies.

Profile Management:

Maintain a professional and updated profile on online platforms, showcasing skills, portfolio, and reviews.

Pricing Strategy:

Develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for projects.

Generating Business:

Bring new projects and clients to the company.
Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge of Online Bidding Platforms:

Familiarity with platforms.

Excellent Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with clients.

Technical Knowledge:

The candidate must be aware of the IT Technical terms and should have a good knowledge of the same.

Strong Writing Skills:

Ability to craft compelling proposals and other written materials.

Experience :

Minimum 1 Year experience Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Shift Time- 8 AM to 5 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
