Bidder / Business Development Executive
to join our team -- someone who can turn opportunities into long-term collaborations.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects
Draft and send
compelling project proposals
aligned with client requirements
Generate leads through
LinkedIn, email outreach, and social media
Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams (design, video, marketing) to create project plans and quotations
Maintain client relationships and ensure follow-ups for project closures
Achieve monthly targets for leads, conversions, and project acquisition
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a
bidder or business developer
on freelance platforms
Excellent
written and verbal communication
skills
Understanding of
digital marketing, branding, and creative services
Ability to
write effective proposals
and handle client queries confidently
Strong
negotiation and follow-up skills
Time management and multitasking ability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum
1 year of experience
in bidding or client acquisition roles
