We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Upwork/Freelancer Platform Bid Specialist

to join our team in Indore.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the complete bidding process on freelance platforms such as

Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and others

.

You will prepare compelling proposals, manage tender submissions, communicate effectively with potential clients, and ensure bids align with project and client requirements. This is a key role for driving business growth through strategic and well-targeted bidding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full bidding lifecycle on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer. Prepare, write, and submit high-quality proposals and tenders. Identify relevant projects and tailor proposals to meet specific client requirements. Communicate with clients to clarify needs, negotiate terms, and ensure client satisfaction. Track bid status, follow up with prospects, and maintain client records. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposal accuracy and timely delivery. Analyze bid performance and implement strategies to improve win rates.

Qualifications

Proven experience in

Upwork/Freelancer bidding or similar online business development roles

. Strong knowledge of

bid processes, tender management, and proposal preparation

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Ability to understand and analyze client requirements effectively. Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

. Prior experience in an

IT, digital, or service-based industry

is preferred.
