Bid Executive - IT Solutions (Hardware, Software, Services, Cybersecurity) Experience: 2-3 Years

Location: Noida Sector 63,

What You'll Do As our Bid Executive, you'll be the architect behind winning proposals that power government and enterprise IT transformations:

Decode & Strategize: Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and EOIs to craft compelling, compliant bid responses

Build Winning Proposals: Prepare technical and commercial bids that showcase our cybersecurity, networking, and software development expertise

Orchestrate Success: Coordinate seamlessly across pre-sales, sales, legal, and procurement teams

Master the Clock: Manage multiple high-stakes bids simultaneously with precision timing

Partner Engagement:

Liaise with OEMs and vendors for quotations, certifications, and technical documentation

Stay Organized:

Maintain trackers, portals, and bid databases for GeM and eProcurement platforms

Ensure Compliance: Guarantee 100% adherence to bid formats, requirements, and submission deadlines

Build Knowledge: Maintain organized bid records and insights for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Must-Have: 2-3 years proven experience in bid/tender management for IT Solutions, Software, or Technology Services Hands-on expertise with GeM and eProcurement portals Deep understanding of government and enterprise procurement processes Exceptional documentation, coordination, and multitasking abilities Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines Nice-to-Have: Knowledge of IT hardware, software development, cybersecurity, and networking terminology Experience with bids for cloud solutions, managed services, or infrastructure projects Familiarity with OEM partnerships (Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, HP, etc.) Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
