About The Job:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence and Analytics Training Developer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end user training, education and support materials and programs that enhance the skills, knowledge and data literacy of our employees in the areas of business intelligence (BI) and analytics.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules, focused on BI and analytics data assets content, BI tools and techniques.
• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences ranging from beginners to advanced users.
• Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address specific skill gaps.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary improvements.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BI and analytics to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Collaborate with SMEs: Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Support Tools and Platforms: Provide support and guidance on the use of BI and analytics tools and platforms, such as Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and others.

Qualifications:

• Education: 4 years bachelor's degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with a focus on training and content development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Cognos, Power BI, Tableau), data analysis, SQL, and data visualization techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Training Experience: Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs, both in-person and virtually.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing technologies and methodologies in the field of BI and analytics.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analytics.
• Project Management: Experience with project management and instructional design methodologies.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific BI and analytics applications.
