ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.


Assist in migrating reports and dashboards from Tableau to Power BI ensuring accuracy and functionality.


Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models.


Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases.


Optimize SQL queries and Power BI reports for performance and scalability.


Collaborate with business stakeholders, data analysts, and IT teams to understand reporting needs.


Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues and inconsistencies.


Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting solutions.


Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices to continuously improve BI processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience in Power BI development.


Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures.


Experience with data modeling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), and Power Query (M language).


Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar.


Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical BI solutions.


Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard design.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have -

Understanding of data warehousing concepts


Exposure to GEN AI basics
