What would you do? We're Accenture Marketing Operations. We're the global managed services arm of Accenture Interactive. What are we looking for? o 2-3 years' experience in Dashboard development (Looker/ Power BI / Looker) development o Proven experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or similar role o Experience in working with large and complex data models, using DAX (if Power BI), LODs (if Tableau), etc o Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment with Strong business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to strategic decision o Strong written & verbal communication o Strong sense of visual storytelling and information hierarchy o Ability to Debug tags to understand and mitigate data issues o Experience in data warehousing techniques like snowflake, GCP, Databricks o SQL, python o Industry Experience - Beauty, CPG, Retail
Roles and Responsibilities: o Understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Use data visualization tools to present insights in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders o Prepare comprehensive documentations of logics, formulas used in the dashboards o Generate insights using the available data o In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems o May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures o The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals o Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor o May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture o Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments o Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside o Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
