About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion projects. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful data integration and reporting outcomes. This role requires a balance of analytical capability, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to Oracle Fusion and Power BI reporting.

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, data models, and reporting requirements.

• Conduct workshops, gap analyses, and impact assessments to identify improvement opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with solution architects and development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training, and deployment readiness activities.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation for business processes, requirements, and change logs.

• Ensure alignment with data governance standards and organizational policies.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP data/reporting projects.

• Strong understanding of key data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master.

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion and Power BI platforms.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies, including process modelling, use case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Power BI / CIMP.

• Exposure to data governance or data quality initiatives.

• Experience in working with geographically distributed teams.
