About the Role:



We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform data into insightful dashboards, KPIs, and reports that drive strategic decisions.



Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau. Work with stakeholders to identify, define, and track KPIs and business metrics. Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. Use Python for data analysis, automation, and ad-hoc reporting scripts, as needed. Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality, and consistency. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Ensure timely delivery of BI outputs in line with business goals and project timelines. Maintain documentation for processes, models, and dashboards. Assist in improving existing dashboards and processes for better scalability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 1+ year of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analysis. Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write advanced queries. Experience in building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and automation. Ability to translate business requirements into effective data visualizations and reports. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality concepts. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
