Location: Orissa

Objective:

We are looking for experienced trainers to help the learner develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as a trainer would be to conduct informative training sessions and improve the skills of learners.

Major Deliverables:

Prior experience in delivering training Execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content/audience Engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere Good knowledge of training-related software Strong ability to engage the audience Possess excellent communication & presentation skills Review trainee performance and learning Assess learner needs and track progress
Essential Attributes:

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Willing to travel across your State Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions
Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any field Any valid certificate of training will be an advantage
Age: Preferably not more than 50 years at the time of application.

Desired Experience (years):Minimum one year experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist or related position (Freshers can also apply)

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Orissa for various training projects.
