About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresh engineering graduates to join our Sales & Distribution team in Bhopal. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong foundation in technical sales, distribution management, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing product distribution channels in the region Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to customers Conduct field visits, dealer interactions, and market surveys Prepare sales reports and maintain documentation Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

Desired Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic technical understanding of mechanical/electrical products Willingness to travel within the region Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
