Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist IVF consultants during
OPD, procedures, and ward rounds
Take patient history, vitals, and maintain
clinical case records
Explain treatment plans, investigations, and medication instructions
Monitor patients during stimulation, IUI, and post-procedure periods
Coordinate with
nursing, lab, pharmacy, and couple coordinator teams
Handle emergency cases and escalate to senior doctors when required
Ensure proper documentation, consent forms, and discharge summaries
Follow hospital SOPs, NABH protocols, and ethical guidelines
Participate in patient counselling and follow-up coordination
Skills & Competencies:
Good clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
Strong communication and counselling ability
Willingness to learn IVF protocols and procedures
Compassionate and patient-centric approach
Qualification
BHMS (Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine & Surgery)
